Integrity's employees didn't perform their task well. They were very uninformative. Scheduling and customer service were terrible. They looked at my mail and personal stuff, and broke stuff, then wouldn't repair or supervene upon it.

I hired Integrity for my mother. My mom was non on Medicaid, and this was the only place that nosotros could go to work without Medicaid. We're paying out of pocket. The woman that came out was very good. I didn't have whatever problem with her at all, and my mom liked her. I was at the business firm perchance once or twice when she was there, and she seemed fine to me. She was very nice, friendly, warm, talkative, very caring, and seemed very professional person. She was in that location on time, did her job, and was very overnice.

The Integrity Home Care & Hospice went to my mother's assisted living to deliver the service. They're not in the hospice care facility. Everything was nifty, nosotros were satisfied. They were responsive, they provided first-class and compassionate care.

My mother's doctor has hospice set up for her. It is called Integrity Home Care. They are recommended and provided by her doctors. They offer in-dwelling care basically. They come up 3 times a week and do different things like bathing, taking care of medicine, and picking upward medicine. I similar all the caregivers. My female parent has been very happy with them.
